RM-IGEP booth at the Virginia Tech Science Fair

The third annual Virginia Tech Science Festival at the Moss Arts Center gave RM-IGEP an opportunity to interact with the community and inform them of Science and application of Regenerative Medicine.  The RM-IGEP booth offered many hands-on family-oriented science experiences. The families got to mix up Alginate and pour it into a brain mold to create a brain the equivalent to Jell-O Brains that did not need to be refrigerated.  Also a fluorescent microscope was provided to look at glowing mouse brains that had the vascular systems dyed with green florescent dye.  Many faculty and graduate students participated in the festival.
